Partner Success Manager

Stay22 is looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager (AKA Customer Success Manager) to join our fast-growing team.

The role will be instrumental in partner retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to partners, identifying ways to improve performance, and facilitating the integration process. You will need to have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.

To ensure success in this position you will need to maintain a sound knowledge of products and services and be an effective communicator. Top candidates are detail-oriented, motivated, and have excellent people skills.

TravelTech is going places, and you will be in the front seat to build the next generation of stay experiences for event-goers across the globe.

Role and responsibilities

  • Establishing & maintaining value-oriented relationships with partners
  • Assisting partners in swiftly integrating the Stay22 solution
  • Analysing and compiling partner performance data
  • Identifying and communicating recommendations to increase partner performance
  • Logging & tracking activities and impact of recommendations in CRM
  • Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Updating customer information as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Performing other duties as the need arises

Minimum qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech space
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with CRM (Hotspot preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong people skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry, ideally travel technology
  • Business proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Experience in embedded web products

Is the Role a Fit for You?

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be tasked to take over business relations post-sales to ensure a smooth integration according to our best practices. You will also take the lead on communications to improve our partners’ performance, which will you will do in close work with the Sales team.
