Partner Success Associate (Entry Level)

Stay22 is looking for an experienced Partner Success Associate to join our fast-growing team.

The role will be instrumental in partner onboarding & retention by ensuring new partners integrate the Stay22 solution quickly and properly towards peak performance for both parties.

You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to partners, facilitating the integration process, and ensuring we adapt the Stay22 solution to the contextual content of partners to improve their UX.

You will need to have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust and have the ability to juggle many partner relationships simultaneously while keeping all parties accountable on established timelines.

To ensure success in this position you will need to maintain a sound knowledge of products and services, be an effective communicator, and have the ability to juggle various timelines and deadlines. Top candidates are detail-oriented, motivated, and have excellent people skills.

Role and responsibilities

Establishing & maintaining value-oriented relationships with partners.

Assisting partners in swiftly integrating the Stay22 solution.

Identifying and communicating recommendations towards peak partner performance.

Follow-up, keep track, and hold all parties accountable on integration timelines.

Logging & tracking activities and impact of recommendations in CRM.

Create iframes/links when necessary

Assist PSM in gathering commercial data per segment.

Monitor and act upon new data towards improving the performance of partners

Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

Providing outstanding customer service.

Maintaining confidentiality of information.

Performing other duties as the need arise.

Minimum qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or tech space.

Proficient computer skills.

Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred)

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong people skills.

Nice to have

Experience in the travel industry, ideally travel technology

Business proficiency in French AND English

Experience in embedded web products

Basic HTML skills

Is the Role a Fit for You?

Reporting directly to the Partner Success Manager, you will be tasked to take over business relations post-sales to ensure a smooth integration according to our best practices. You will also take the lead on communications to improve our partners’ performance, which you will do in close work with the Sales team.
